Delivery

Normal Service:
For same day delivery order must be place before 1 pm.

Delivery charges:

- Auckland CBD $10

- Local Suburbs $15.50

- Outer Suburbs $19.50

- Wider Suburbs $22.50

- Greater Auckland $34

Express Service

We offer a hour delivery service within Auckland CBD for $15. Order must be place before 4.00 pm for same day delivery. Please contact us for this service.

Return Policy
Romablooms will accept returns of non perishable goods if they are incorrect or faulty, however we are not obliged to accept any goods for return where you have simply changed your mind. If you are no satisfied with any product purchases, please contact us to discuss the reason for requesting a return or exchange,contact@romablooms.co.nz or 0800-030089
Romablooms cannot accept items for return if they have been damaged in the post, we take extreme care when packaging goods and cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.

Cancellations
Roma Blooms cannot cancel any order that has already been made up. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Romablooms will accept cancellation and provide full refund.
